Heat shrink molded products provide insulation, sealing, and protection at specific points in cable terminations and electrical equipment. The range includes rain sheds, breakouts, end caps, and boots.
Start with the application. Use rain sheds to increase creepage distance, breakouts around multi-core cable terminations, end caps to seal cable ends, and boots to insulate equipment bushings. Then select the size based on the required dimensions.
A heat shrink breakout seals and protects the cable crutch area where the individual cores separate from a multi-core cable.
